St. Finian's GAA Swords the local GAA club serviing the River Valley community and surrounding areas in Swords. It is a focal point in Rivervalley, serving the local community for over 25 years and fielding many Football & Hurling teams at all levels from nursery to adult. St. Finians has been granted only a 1 hour slot in total per week on the all-weather facilities located in Rivervalley. Other clubs from outside the area (Donabate/Portrane) have been granted more slots on this facility. We believe this is very unfair and call on Fingal County Council to review the existing arrangements.
